It was an OK place for lunch at the mall but it is now closed. H&M going in. This was not a big loss since it was not the nicest Chick-fillet in the area.

Order food via drive thru and there was hair just sitting on top of my fries so I took it back spoke with management and didn't apologize just went to make me another I told him no thanks lost my appetite got a refund but after I turned to leave he didn't say anything to his employees just kept working as if nothing I never brought it to his attention first time there and it is the last time people check ur bags before driving off

Great food, had the mascot there, excellent customer service, there were servers that went to every table to collect garbage and handing out napkins, condiments and they even go refill your drink, where can you find a fast food place that does that yet alone some sit downs

Super busy Chick-fil-a. I walked in looking around the dining room and it was packed so I decided to get my order to go. Must of been 30 people at the registers but to my amazement most everyone had ordered, Nice. Every register was open....they even had extra cashiers filling the orders so the cashiers on the registers could keep ringing away. Very well organized. Unfortunately the cashier I was in line for seemed bothered and inconvenienced by her customers. No smile and stuck in 1st gear. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal up graded to a large. I asked my cashier for hot sauce and she went to hand me sauce used for the Nuggets. I told her no that I wanted Texas-Pete hot sauce. Right away she told me NO we don't have that. I was floored and looked at her telling her it was behind her on the counter. Again she said No we don't have it. I was just about to tell her to turn herself around and look when the cashier next to her said yes we do. Smiling she asked me how many and took care of me. I think the cashier I had needs to be retrained. The Food: hot, fresh and yummy!!!

Not the cleanest chic-fil-a that I've been too. The dining room could be cleaner and the restrooms are nasty. It really wasn't "my pleasure".

Throughout most of college, I worked in retail at this mall and would come here on my break whenever I could afford to spend a little more on food court lunch & one thing's for sure- the food's always made fresh to order and the associates are super polite and friendly! (There's a girl that used to work there (not sure if she still does), but she was African-American girl who wore reading classes, really soft spoken and always so respectful to everyone, but it's Chick-Fil-A, I didn't expect any less.) More Pros: * They usually give samples * Private/semi-secluded seating for Chick-Fil-A patrons only * Clean eating area * Free drink refills * They say "My pleasure", never "You're Welcome" -- Love that :) The only con: As with ALL Chick-Fil-A's is that they are closed every Sunday!
